DT Serum, Primary Testing In Progress

Gaster chuckled. "Is there anything else you wanted to see through a microscope?" He asked. They had a lot of different slides there.

"everything!" Shuni announced.  "Please?  I've never seen anything so clearly!"

Gaster and Ally chuckled. Together, the two showed Shuni all kinds of slides and explained what each were, although Gaster left soon enough to go to his meeting. The higher ups were quite pleased with how organized and on schedule Dr. Gaster was now, thanks to Geena.

Shuni was in absolute awe. This was amazing! He looked up at Ally and said, "You are so smart to know how to do this! It is another world!"

Ally laughed. "I-it's n-not hard. I-I can sh-show you h-how to do it, i-if you w-want."

"Yes, please!" Shuni agreed enthusiastically.

Lex was sitting on the back step, thoughtfully watching the smoke curl upward from the end of his cigarette.

Ally smiled and showed Shuni how to make slides for the microscope.

(Do you think Lex almost has enough swagger back to be robbed, or not quite yet? XD)

Shuni copied her every move, listening carefully.  He wanted to do amazing things like she did!

(Not quite, but almost.  Give him another week.)

Ally was patient, and gently encouraged and praised him as Shuni made a slide.

(So kind of after he has a new base of operations? XD new pad and swag?)

Shuni slid it under the microscope carefully and stood on his stool to look in.  "I see it!  It's beautiful!"

(Pre-zactly!  By the way, he's waiting for Ashton to come talk to him.)

Ally smiled at Shuni. "Isn't science c-cool?"

Shuni nodded vigorously.  "Yes!  It is very cool!"

(Sorry. I was at work and meant to write more, but things happened. Like getting four things of oreos for less than two bucks >)

Ally smiled. She thought Shuni was a good kid, and was glad he seemed so happy all the time.

Ashton came out and sat next to Lex. "Nice day out, eh?"

(Is good)

"Dr. Ally, do you like Miss Geena?" Shuni asked suddenly.

"Hadn't noticed," Lex said, looking from the smoke to the sky.  "Yeah.  Guess it is."

"O-oh!" Ally said. "Sh-she's a v-very n-nice lady. Sh-she sure k-keeps Gaster in l-line!"

Ashton smiled a little. "Distracted?" He asked.

"Is that a good thing?" Shuni asked uncertainly.

"Yeah," Lex said, taking a drag.  "Thinking about names."

Ally nodded. "V-very! G-Gaster is a gr-great guy, j-just n-not the m-most organized." She laughed a little.

"Names for what?" Ashton asked curiously.

"Oh, okay," Shuni smiled.  "I like her, too."

"Me," Lex explained oh so very well.

Ally smiled and went back to work.

Ashton paused. "You don't like Lex any more?" He asked quietly.

"Do you know what Lex is short for?"  He doubted it.  He didn't tell many people.

Ashton shook his head. "No. I just thought it sounded cool."

"It's short for Daedalus, my given name," Lex told him.  "Father of Icarus, the two who tried to fall and one fell to his death.  Can't remember which, doesn't matter.  My father gave it to me.  I always hated it and it tied me to him.  I'm done being a Proditor, but I don't know who else to be."

(Icarus and Deadalus made wings to escape their island prison, and Icarus flew too close to the son, despite his father's warning, and the sun's heat melted the wax and Icarus fell to his watery death in what is now the Sea of Icarus ;P Deadalus also made the Labyrinth in Greek mythos.)

Ashton leaned back some and thought. "Did you have anything in mind?"

(I know, but why would Lex care?)

"I was thinking... I like the name Primus.  It means one or first in Latin," Lex said.

(Lol XD)

"Would you hate being called Pri or Prime for short?" Ashton said.
