DT Serum, Primary Testing In Progress

"Thanks," Lex said, putting the car in park and turning it off. "Used to take cars for joyrides before I hit the streets. Then I usually just drove until something stopped me."

Ashton laughed a little. "Probably better than me." He said as he got out.

"Here come the others," Lex said, opening the door and stepping out.

Ashton nodded and watched. Paul looked like he was the luckiest kid alive as he chattered with Geena about any and everything.

"Okay, Paul, time to let Dad have her some," True finally chuckled, scooping him into his lap. "Mom and Dad get to hang out for a while, and then they'll come home and we can have them all to ourselves!"
Lex just casually wandered closer to Layla. She was drop dead gorgeous in her dress. It wasn't the shouting, "Look at how hot I am!" kind of dress, either. It was just beautiful and flattered her figure.

Paul giggled happily and hugged True. Gaster chuckled and kissed Geena's cheek.
Layla smiled and blushed a little at Lex. He was gorgeous! "You clean up nicely." She wound up telling him softly.

"I was thinking the same about you," Lex admitted. "Let's sit and eat. I'm hungry."
"The time passed so quickly!" Geena told Gaster, unable to stop smiling.
True inched closer to Kat and Ashton. "So when do we tell them?"

Layla smiled a little, flattered at his compliment. "Lead the way!"
"I know." Gaster agreed. "But for now, I am deciding to enjoy the moment."
"Whenever you want." Ashton said. Kat smiled excitedly. "Maybe after lunch if the timing is right?"

Lex led Layla to sit down, letting Gaster and Geena take the head of the table.
"You should eat something," Geena murmured, offering Gaster a bite of cake.
"Right before they try to head for home," True smirked.

Layla smiled and happily sat next to Lex.
Gaster smiled and accepted, humming appreciation before he offered her a bite as well.
Kat giggled. "Sounds good to me!"

Geena accepted the bite, giggling.
Shuni snuggled up next to Ashton, watching Geena and Gaster warily. "They are acting gross. What's wrong with them?"

"Why is it gross?" Ashton asked. "They love each other, and are trying to show it. Besides, don't some cats feed other cats sometimes?"

"No," Shuni said simply. "They keep their food for themselves."

"Well, its okay in this case because they're married, and people are a little different than cats." Ashton pointed out. He felt tired.

"Oh. That makes sense." Shuni frowned at Ashton then fished out a container from the picnic basket. He held it out to Ashton. "I brought you some sausage links. The maple flavored kind like you like."

"Thanks." Ashton said. He ate a couple just to make Shuni happy, but he wasn't hungry."

"You're welcome," Shuni smiled.

After he ate a couple, Ashton put the rest of the sausages back into the cooler and quietly watched everyone else.
Laya seemed really happy today, talking avidly, and Kat held True's hand almost the entire time they ate.

"We should probably head home," Geena finally suggested.

Gaster nodded in agreement. "Yes, probably." He smiled and started to help gather stuff up. 
Kat looked at True, mouthing the word "now?" to him.

"Um, actually, you two aren't coming home with us," True smiled, nodding at Kat.
Shuni giggled as he took the dishes away from Gaster and Lex put the car keys in his hand.

Gaster furrowed his brow, confused. "Umm... what?"
Layla smiled, about ready to burst in excitement and anticipation as she waited to see their reactions to their joint surprise.

"What do you mean?" Geena asked, confused.
True glanced at Lex, who said, "You're heading off to your honeymoon, silly newlyweds. It's not like we want your sap around us until you've calmed down a bit."
"Words of poetry, Lex," True said dryly.

Gaster looked surprised and glanced at Geena before back to their children. "Where is it?"

True handed him a brochure. "This is everything you need to know. It's all been arranged! The only thing you two have to worry about is getting there and spending money."
