DT Serum, Primary Testing In Progress

Ashton nodded. "All right." He realized something and smacked his forehead. "I forgot to look for shoes for you!"

Tramp stared.  Then laughed.  He reached out impulsively and pulled Ashton into a hug.  "You are too sweet for your own good!"

(Tramp hugged Tramp? XD)

Ashton was surprised, but after a moment smiled and hugged Tramp back.

"You're a good guy," Tramp purred, kissing Ashton's cheek without thinking.  He let go and dropped down to his knees.  "Bobo!  Come on, Bobo, time to go outside!"

Ashton looked startled  for a moment before he blushed a bright red, smiling shyly. He didn't know why he felt so shy now, but he was happy. He opened the doors for tramp and Bobo.

Tramp scampered out, Bobo hot on his heels.  Tramp was acting so much more relaxed now.

That made Ashton feel happy too. He liked Tramp's smile, and wanted him to be able to smile often. Ashton picked up a sturdy stick. "This is what I have been playing with Bobo for fetch."

"Is that a game or something?" Tramp asked, eying the stick worriedly.
Bobo hopped around, barking eagerly.  STICK!!

Ashton smiled. "It is. Watch." He three the stick towards the back of the yard for Bobo to go get.

Ashton laughed and repeated it a few more times before offering Tramp to throw it. "Wanna try?"

"Okay.  Is there some trick to the throw?" Tramp asked, hesitantly accepting the stick.

Ashton shook his head. "Nope. Just throw it out there, and Bobo will bring it back."

"Okay."  Tramp threw the stick as far to the end of the yard as he could manage. Bobo took off after the stick.  He brought it back and Tramp threw it again.  "Why does he do that?"

Ashton shrugged. "He thinks it's fun when you throw it, so he brings it back so it can be thrown again. I don't know for sure. I think it's just a good way to get him some exercise."

"He does seem to like it," Tramp grinned, throwing the stick again.  "This is awesome!  How did you come up with this?"

"I've seen people play this with dogs in the park before." Ashton smiled. "Apparently balls and flying discs work too."

"Dogs like chasing things.  Check!  I'll remember that," Tramp grinned, offering the stick to Ashton.  "Your turn?"

Ashton smiled and took the stick, his fingertips lightly brushing Tramp's as he accepted it and threw the stick for Bobo. "Bobo at least seems to really like it."

"What else do dogs like that I don't know about?" Tramp pondered.

Ashton shrugged. "We could see if the Doctor Dad has any books on dogs." He suggested.

"Okay," Tramp agreed happily.  
Bobo flopped at Tramp's feet, panting heavily.  Tramp dropped to his knees and began crooning and fussing over his messy puppy.

Ashton smiled and watched the duo. He was glad. They both seemed happy, and Ashton hoped they could stay and he could continue to make them happy.

Tramp looked up from the ground.  "What now?"

Ashton shrugged. "What do you want to do now?" He asked as he sat down too.
