DT Serum, Primary Testing In Progress

True smiled.  "Ashton, you really have a thing for him, don't you?" he asked softly.

Ashton's cheeks turned red, saying the answer without him having to actually say anything.

"I can't say I exactly understand that kind of fancy, but," True patted Ashton's back, "I am really happy for you.  Truely.  Now, what's something you'd like to get for yourself?"

"I think the best way I can describe it as probably the same things you find appealing about Kat, I happen to find appealing about Tramp." Ashton said simply. "And I have no clue what i might want."

"One more trip around while I'm in line?  Maybe a book or something for the drums?" True suggested, heading toward the line.

Ashton nodded, and went to the music section. He found a few things on playing the drums, and settled on one of the For Dummies book line for playing the drums before returning to True.

"Just in time!" True praised as the person in front of him finished checking out.  He put up his stuff up and chatted kindly with the cashier as she rang them up.  Finished, he took the bags and hung them on his chair handles.  "Ready to go, Ashton?"

"Yeah, I think so." Ashton nodded. "Thanks."

"Of course!" True said cheerfully.  "It is truly my delight."  He paused.  "Awe.... crumb cakes.  This weekend is Gaster and Geena's wedding.  We need to get them a gift!"

"Oh yeah." Ashton said. He had forgotten along with True. "And ideas on what to get them?"

"Not one clue," True admitted.  "What do people normally get a couple as a wedding gift?"

"I have no idea." Ashton said honestly.

"Let's go ask Shuni.  I think he'll have an idea or two.  Maybe Layla or Kat," True suggested.  "It's not like they are just starting out in life and we can get them a toaster."

Ashton nodded. "Most I can think of is maybe something they both could enjoy, but I have the slightest idea what."

True considered.  "I wonder if Gaster planned his honeymoon yet.  Ally would know.  Hey, do you mind pushing?  I can call her real quick and ask."

Ashton nodded. "Where am I pushing to?"

"General direction of home," True said.  He dialed Ally's number and held the phone.  "Hey, Ally, has Dr. Gaster scheduled any kind of honeymoon?"

"N-not th-that I kn-now of." Ally stammered. "I-I can check i-if you want."

"Could you please?" True begged.  "I really need to know on the sly."

"O-okay." Ally said. "I-I can s-see i-if he's requested any t-time off. One m-moment." Typing could be heard over the phone as the shy doctor checked. "N-nothing r-right n-now. Sorry."

True grinned.  "Thank you, Ally, you're the best!  I'll get back to you on that."  He closed his phone and grinned at Ashton.  "Idea!  Since the newlyweds won't need much, we should all pitch in and buy them a honeymoon."

"That'd be a cool idea." Ashton agreed. "What did you have in mind for them?"

"Let's wait until we can talk to the others and bounce around ideas," True grinned, taking back control of his chair.

Ashton nodded and walked beside True. "If it really that obvious I like Tramp?" He asked nervously.

True glanced at Ashton.  "Not exactly obvious, just clear if you know what to look for.  Friends would by clothing for each other.  Not jewelry."
