DT Serum, Primary Testing In Progress

The guys smiled kindly. Gaster looked at the time and said he should probably do some lab work today before he headed down to the lab.

"I'm good here," True said. "How about you, Sam?"

Sam nodded. "I just have the math problems to do, but I don't think that'll take long."

"Show me? I never was any good at solving math problems, but they always looked like music to me," True admitted.

Sam smiled and made room at the table so True could see, solving the problem and eplaining it step by step. Sam really was very smart with the ease of which he solved the calculus level equation, even though he should be in middle school.

True did his best to follow, and he did a decent job for having dropped out of highschool at 15, but there was no way he'd ever have the same grasp Sam did. He didn't mind, truly admiring it.

Gaster had been right. Sam was a very smart kid. He just didn't do well in a school setting apparently.

"What would you think of going to college?" True asked curiously.

Sam shrugged. "Probably wouldn't. I don't like that kind of work."

"What kind of work exactly?" True asked.

"Classroom work told by stuffy teachers." Sam said. "They think they know everything, and dumb everything down. I also don't like doing schoolwork."

"Things are a little different in colleges, and each college is different amonst themselves. Maybe you could visit, just see if you like it. It's a great place to network and learn ways of thinking you didn't know," True encouraged

Sam just shrugged. "Still don't know about it..."

"Think about it. It's good to have a social circle," True said, leaning back. "You can form a think-tank or hire the best to work for you cause you know how they work."

Sam shrugged. "Haven't had a problem with it before. I troll the internet, and get along with people well enough."

"The internet can't be your sole source of peopling or else you'll turn into a crazy cat boy. Just think about it?" True asked gently.

Sam nodded. He would look into it some, if it meant that much to True.

True reached out and patted his shoulder. "Thank you."

He smiled. "No problem, bro." Sam said. He added the "bro" as naturally as if True was his brother like Paul.

True grinned, unable to help it. Bro. He could get used to that. "What else do you like? Other than math."

"Robots. Sleeping. Watching tv." Sam said with a wide smile.

"Robot rumble! Hey, you want to watch this with me?" True asked, tapping Ally's movie.

Sam shrugged. "Sure. Looks interesting." He said. "Want me to put it in?"

"If you could. I can't reach," True smiled.

Sam gladly helped. He soon had the anime up and running.
