Paul scampered off to his room, very happy now.

Ashton noticed True coming first and watched him approach. He didn't say anything, but was wary and curious to what True wanted.

Lex noticed Ashton watching something and shifted enough to see. "What? We really stink that bad?"
"Yes, but that's not why I'm here," True said. "Thanks for helping Paul."
Lex snorted. "Not even an evil bastard like me is going to kick a puppy."
"Good to know. Now go shower. Please."
